Choosing the right size for your boxing gloves is very important. These gloves come in 8oz, 10oz, 12oz, 14oz, and 16oz sizes, with higher weights being best suited to larger people. 10oz are best for smaller people often women would use a 10oz, while 12oz and 14oz is good for medium-sized fighters, and 16oz are good for heavyweights. Also, something to consider when selecting the correct size, will the gloves be used for sparring? if so then we would recommend either a 14oz or 16oz for adults.
